Chelsah' Lyons is a Black Belt Instructor and Professional Competitor in Jiu-Jitsu, but she wasn't always this fearless.
After being held up at gunpoint, and flat lining, she decided she wanted more out of life than what she observed.
She shares how she built a mental and physical toughness and is now looking to help others achieve more out of their lives.
